A Bold Statement: BMW M2 Owned by Thergran Odayan

Some cars turn heads. Others hold attention. This BMW M2 does both effortlessly. Owned by Thergran Odayan, the man behind General Panel Beaters, this build reflects a deep appreciation for clean execution, attention to detail, and a strong sense of automotive style. While General Panel Beaters is known for high-quality workmanship, this particular M2 stands as a personal expression rather than a shop-built project. First Impressions Finished in Fire Red metallic, the car immediately demands attention. The paintwork is crisp, reflective, and clearly maintained to a high standard. Under workshop lighting, every curve and contour of the M2’s body is highlighted, showcasing just how well the finish has been preserved. This is the kind of car that doesn’t rely on loud styling alone. It’s clean, calculated, and confident. Stance & Presence The stance is where everything starts to come together. Sitting low over its wheels with minimal gap, the car achieves that perfect balance between aggressive and refined. It has that planted look that stance enthusiasts appreciate, without sacrificing the integrity of the original design. Nothing feels forced. It’s subtle, but effective. Wheels & Fitment The M2 is fitted with a set of multi-spoke wheels featuring a dual-tone finish. The combination of black and machined faces adds contrast against the red body, giving the car a sharper, more defined look. Wrapped in low-profile tyres, the fitment is tight and precise. The wheels sit flush with the arches, enhancing the wide stance and giving the car a more purposeful presence. Aero & Styling Details A full gloss black aero package ties the build together: These elements add depth and aggression without overwhelming the car’s factory lines. The contrast between the gloss black components and red paintwork is clean and intentional. Rear-End Presence At the rear, the quad exhaust setup reinforces the M2’s performance roots. The diffuser integrates neatly into the bumper, giving the car a race-inspired finish without looking overdone. The taillights, slightly darkened in appearance, add to the overall aggressive tone of the build. A Personal Expression This BMW M2 isn’t about going over the top. It’s about doing things properly. It reflects a clear understanding of balance: As a personal car owned by Thergran Odayan, it showcases the same level of care and pride you would expect from someone deeply involved in the automotive industry. LOUD & LIMITED 2.0: STANCE, SOUND & PURE SLAM CITY CHAOS 🔥

On Saturday, 7 February 2026, Slam City got LOUD. Imperium Used Auto Spares turned into the ultimate automotive playground as we hosted Loud & Limited 2.0 — a full-throttle day packed with stance builds, sound-off warfare, and limbo action that had the crowd going wild from start to finish. From 12PM to 6PM, it wasn’t just a car meet…It was a full-on lifestyle event. Cooler boxes, camp chairs, hookahs, music, smoke in the air, bass in your chest, and cars sitting lower than your expectations. This was Loud & Limited. THE MAIN EVENT: SOUND-OFF, STANCE & LIMBO Loud & Limited was built around 3 things: 🔊 SOUND-OFF MADNESS The sound-off was hosted and judged by DB Hunters, and they brought the energy exactly the way it should be. The competition was loud, aggressive, and straight-up disrespectful (in the best way).Cars were pushing serious pressure, and the crowd was locked in every round. If you were there… you felt it. 🏁 STANCE CULTURE ON FULL DISPLAY The stance section was next level. Clean builds, wild fitment, proper wheel setups, and cars sitting so low you could swear they were glued to the ground. As the host, I judged the stance categories, and honestly — the standard of cars that pulled through made it tough. The scene is evolving, and Loud & Limited proved it. 🚗 LIMBO: WHO’S REALLY LOW? Limbo always separates the talkers from the doers. This one was hosted and judged by Regulators, and it had the crowd shouting, laughing, and holding their breath all at the same time. When the cars started lining up, you could feel the tension building. This was one of the biggest highlights of the day. FOOD STALLS & LOCAL SUPPORT 🍔🌭 A Loud & Limited event isn’t complete without proper food, and the vendors showed up strong. Food stalls on the day included: One of the best parts of the day was having the Otto Du Plessis High School Under 15 Netball Team onsite, selling wors rolls to raise funds for their team. That’s real community support, and we appreciate everyone who backed them. MUSIC & VIBES ALL DAY 🎧 The music kept the event alive from the first car to the last. The DJ setup was done by Wayven_SA, who also played alongside: Whether you were chilling in the shade, walking the lineup, or standing next to the sound-off, the soundtrack was always on point. MEDIA COVERAGE 📸 This event was captured by some of the best in the game. Photographers covering Loud & Limited 2.0 included: Big shoutout to both teams — the shots came out insane, and the way they captured the vibe tells the real story of the day. TROPHIES, CATEGORIES & BIG MOMENTS 🏆 Loud & Limited 2.0 featured multiple award categories including: The level of competition was serious, and the crowd support during judging made it feel like a proper main-stage moment. THANK YOU, SLAM CITY ❤️ Loud & Limited wasn’t just a meet. It was a reminder that when the community comes together, Slam City becomes unstoppable. To everyone who pulled through — whether you entered, competed, supported the vendors, or came to chill with the culture — thank you for making this one special. A massive thank you to Imperium Used Auto Spares for hosting the venue and helping make Loud & Limited 2.0 possible. THIS WAS ONLY ROUND TWO… 👀 If you missed Loud & Limited 2.0, don’t stress. This was only the beginning. The culture is growing. The builds are getting crazier. And Slam City is getting louder. 📍 Keep an eye on our socials for the official photo drops, highlights, and the next event announcement.

Ignition Sessions at The WindFarm: Where Cars, Culture & Community Collide

I recently popped in at Ignition Sessions at The WindFarm, a car and culture event hosted by Nalo Vibes, and it delivered exactly what the name promises — energy, style, and pure automotive passion. Set at The WindFarm Petrol Station on the N2, the venue created a laid-back park & chill atmosphere where car enthusiasts and music lovers could connect, hang out, and celebrate the culture. From the moment you arrived, it was clear this wasn’t just another car meet — it was a full experience. Stance, Sound & Serious Style At its core, Ignition Sessions was a stance show, and the cars did not disappoint. Clean builds, aggressive fitment, unique rides, and detailed engine bays filled the space, each car telling its own story. The crowd played a big role too, choosing winners across multiple categories — from Best Static and Best Wheel to Crowd Pleaser, Best Female, and Overall Best Stance. Adding another layer to the event was the sound-off competition, where powerful sound systems shook the ground and drew crowds around the loudest builds. Whether you were there for fitment, sound, or both, there was something to keep your attention. Music, Food & Good Vibes Live music set the tone for the day, with a live band from the northern areas providing a soundtrack that matched the relaxed but buzzing atmosphere. Good food stalls kept everyone fuelled, while car-related vendors added to the experience. Nalo Vibes described the event best themselves — “We are building a home for the culture. A monthly ritual.” And honestly, it felt exactly like that. A space where enthusiasts could be themselves, show love for the craft, and just enjoy being around like-minded people. Drip Kings, Queens & Crowd Energy Style wasn’t limited to the cars. Attendees showed up dressed to impress, competing for Best Drip King and Best Drip Queen, proving once again that car culture and fashion go hand in hand. The crowd energy played a huge role in the event’s success — from cheering during competitions to vibing around the cars and music. Capturing the Moment I spent some time walking around, taking photos of the cars and the people who make events like this what they are. From polished builds to candid moments, Ignition Sessions had plenty worth capturing — a reminder that car culture is just as much about community as it is about machines. Final Thoughts Ignition Sessions at The WindFarm was a solid blend of cars, music, fashion, and community, and a strong example of what happens when passion leads the way. If this is the direction Nalo Vibes is heading with their events, the local car scene is in good hands. If you missed this one, keep an eye out — this feels like the start of something special.

HACHIROKU

In a shoot that blends fantasy, craftsmanship, and automotive culture, a rare Toyota 86 Nur Spec edition shares the frame with the fierce elegance of Kitana from Mortal Kombat, brought to life by model and cosplay artist Diyana Kiara. Captured by the cinematic eye of Ruwayne Ramdhani from Raj Media, the session was shot at Menlyn Mall in Pretoria – a sleek, modern backdrop for this high-concept, cross-culture collaboration. Diyana’s connection to Kitana wasn’t just surface level. “She was always my favorite character – elegant, fearless, and full of confidence,” she explains. “Recreating her look felt like reconnecting with the playful, imaginative part of myself that first fell in love with gaming.” Every piece of the costume – stitched by hand over 19 hours – embodied that passion. From the shimmering silver detailing to the striking face mask, fitted wrist cuffs, and Kitana’s signature Sensu/Ogi fan, Diyana’s dedication to detail didn’t go unnoticed. Her nails and makeup were styled to perfection, adding polish to an already commanding presence. The result? A cosplay that felt more like a cinematic transformation than just a costume. Alongside her stood the Toyota 86 Nur Spec – a subtle yet bold limited-edition performance machine, with only 86 units available in South Africa. While the car retains its stock height, it’s far from ordinary. Fitted with the Aero Nur Style Full Body Kit, 17-inch Rohana wheels powder coated in rich purple and accented with vibrant red touches throughout the interior and brake calipers, the car brings a refined, purposeful energy to the shoot. The build includes Vland V2 headlights with sleek DRLs, upgraded Vari Racing front brake discs, headers from Stock-ish SA, and a full exhaust system by PowerFlow Randburg – giving it both the looks and sound of a well-loved driver’s machine. Ruwayne Ramdhan’s style behind the camera brought all these elements together into one cohesive visual story—where cosplay, culture, and car enthusiasm collide. Through his cinematic framing, the shoot becomes more than a photo set; it becomes a narrative. One of expression, identity, and attention to detail. At its core, this collaboration is a celebration of subcultures that often live side-by-side – gaming, anime, cars, fashion – all brought together by creators who aren’t afraid to go all in. BAGGED 330i – THE SO SCARE E46

Port Elizabeth’s Central district, with its blend of historic charm and modern lines, provided the perfect backdrop for Keagan’s BMW E46 330i. Against the city’s architecture, the car’s clean silhouette and low stance stand out effortlessly, showcasing a build that’s all about balance, detail, and purpose. At the heart of the setup is an ES-Tech Custom Air Rides air suspension system, allowing the E46 to sit low with a sleek, tucked appearance when aired out, while still remaining practical for everyday driving. The wide YKW Motorsport wheels, paired with stretched tyres, sit neatly under the arches and deliver that unmistakable classic stance look. Subtle yet effective exterior touches complete the package — front splitters add an aggressive edge up front, while the duckbill boot spoiler at the rear ties everything together with a sporty, well-proportioned finish. Keagan is also a proud member of Ace of Stance, a club known for its dedication to precise fitment and refined aesthetics. That influence is clear throughout the build, from the wheel choice to the overall execution. Every detail reflects the club’s philosophy of clean styling, attention to detail, and doing things properly. In the end, this BMW E46 330i is a well-executed stance build that makes a statement without trying too hard. JUANDRE’S BAGGED OPEL CORSA GAMMA

When it comes to capturing attention on the streets, few cars manage to do it like Juandre’s meticulously crafted Opel Corsa Gamma Sport. Spotted cruising along Baywest Blvd in the vibrant cityscape of Baywest, Port Elizabeth, this Corsa isn’t just another hatchback—it’s a testament to dedication, precision, and an undeniable passion for car culture. At first glance, the Corsa commands attention with its sleek stance. The refurbished and re-sprayed original OEM wheels gleam with a colour-matching finish, paying homage to the car’s roots while exuding a modern, polished aesthetic. These wheels perfectly complement the car’s lowered profile, a result of the custom air suspension setup installed by none other than Juandre himself. What truly sets this Corsa apart is the bespoke air suspension system. Installed with meticulous care, the setup allows Juandre to dial in the perfect ride height on demand, adapting seamlessly to different terrains and moods. But it doesn’t stop there—the air system is ingeniously designed to serve a dual purpose. In the event of a flat tyre, Juandre can effortlessly pump up the tyres using the very same setup, showcasing both functionality and foresight in his build. While stance cars often lean heavily into aesthetics, Juandre’s Corsa strikes a harmonious balance between show and go. The air suspension not only enhances the car’s visual appeal but also contributes to ride comfort and adaptability, proving that performance and practicality can coexist in the stance scene. The shoot location on Baywest Blvd added an urban edge to the car’s already bold personality. The dynamic backdrop of Port Elizabeth’s bustling environment complements the Corsa, creating visuals that are as striking as the car itself. Juandre’s Opel Corsa Gamma Sport is a well-executed build that showcases both aesthetic appeal and practical modifications. It reflects a thoughtful approach to customization, with attention to detail and functionality. Whether on display or on the road, this Corsa stands out as a solid example of personalized automotive craftsmanship.

Lovemore Festival: A Celebration of Cars, Culture & Community

The Lovemore Festival delivered exactly what car culture is all about — passion, creativity, and community. As Wild FPR, I had the opportunity to cover the event through both photography and videography, capturing moments that reflected the heart and soul of the automotive scene. From the moment the gates opened, it was clear that Lovemore Festival was more than just a car show. The venue buzzed with energy as enthusiasts gathered around immaculate builds, shared stories, and admired the craftsmanship on display. Car lovers pulled through from all over the region, including Cape Town, George, Mossel Bay, Oudtshoorn, East London, and surrounding areas — proving just how far-reaching the love for automotive culture truly is. More Than Just Cars The festival experience was elevated by a wide variety of food trucks, offering everything from comfort food classics to unique street-style flavours. Alongside the food were several automotive equipment and apparel vendors, giving attendees a chance to browse gear, accessories, and merch that perfectly matched the lifestyle. One of the standout features for me personally was the cocktail bar, which served an impressive range of non-alcoholic drinks. Refreshing, well-crafted, and thoughtfully presented — it was the perfect complement to a full day of walking the grounds and shooting content. Media, Movement & Recognition Lovemore Festival also drew attention from multiple respected media houses within the scene. It was great linking up with Gas Culture, DeetFreak Media, Undisputed Photography, and many more creatives who were all there to document the day from their own perspectives. The atmosphere behind the cameras was just as inspiring as what was happening in front of them. On the judging side, LowCo pulled through alongside Euroworx and the team from Xtreme Autofest, taking on the tough task of selecting winners among an incredibly strong lineup of vehicles. In addition to the official judging, the media team also had to choose a winner, adding another layer of recognition that celebrated not just builds, but presence, originality, and impact. A Shared Passion What stood out most was the sense of unity. Whether it was owners explaining the story behind their builds, spectators appreciating the details, or creators capturing the perfect angle — everyone was there for the same reason: a shared love for cars and culture. This blog post sets the stage for what follows. Below, I’ll be featuring select vehicles from the event — each with its own short story inspired by the build, the owner, and the energy it brought to Lovemore Festival. Every car has a story, and this event was full of them. Standout Builds from the Day Lovemore Festival delivered a diverse lineup of builds that showcased just how wide and creative the automotive scene has become. Among the standout vehicles were some exceptionally clean Volkswagen Golf 5 GTIs, each bringing its own take on stance, performance, and styling. One of the most creative builds on display was a BMW E30, which took home Best Creative. The car featured a bold cut-out bonnet that proudly revealed a turbocharged engine setup, paired with a custom widebody, extremely deep-dish wheels, and a fully custom interior — a build that sparked conversation wherever it parked. Also drawing plenty of attention was a Red Bull–themed BMW E46, standing out with its motorsport-inspired livery and strong visual presence. On the Volkswagen side, a female-owned static Volkswagen Golf 7 SV claimed Best Female, highlighting both clean execution and attention to detail. Alongside it was another female-owned Volkswagen Golf 7 from the Regulators crew, equipped with air suspension and proudly representing women in the scene. A striking turquoise Volkswagen Golf Mk1, which took home Best of Show, also made its mark, featuring carbon fiber accents, a full roll cage, and a turbo setup under the bonnet. Rolling on original Lenso BSX wheels and sitting comfortably on air suspension, it perfectly blended classic Volkswagen heritage with modern performance and stance culture. Rounding out the highlights was a BMW E46 station wagon, sitting right on proper split BBS wheels with SSR lips — a rare and tasteful combination that added something different to the lineup. And that was only scratching the surface. With so many unique builds on display, Lovemore Festival proved once again that the culture continues to evolve, driven by creativity, passion, and an unwavering love for cars. — Wild FPR

From the sound of compressors echoing across the beachfront to the sight of builds rolling in low and clean, the event carried a vibe that felt both electric and welcoming. This wasn’t just about showcasing rides — it was about celebrating the people and passion that make the stance scene what it is. The Team and Support None of it would have been possible without the people behind the scenes. BayFM and King Shine came through strong, while MOB Ent. and Gas Culture had the cameras rolling to cover the day. Judging and on-the-day support came from DeetFreak Entertainment, with Jason adding his expertise to the judging panel. A big thanks also goes to From Scratch Printwork & Website Development, who not only backed the event but also built this very website. And of course, the support from familiar faces like Orville (The FullHeat), Duane (LowCo), Morton (Bullies), and international guest DJ Clint L elevated the day even more. It wasn’t just about trophies or titles — it was about the community, the culture, and the builds that brought everyone together. The energy at Kings Beach showed how alive the stance scene is, and it left everyone looking forward to what’s next. Words by Dorian GonWild. Photos by MOB Ent.
